PLEASE READ THE BELOW SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING SANGER SEQUENCING SAMPLES
Sanger Sequencing Sample Submission:
1. Tubes tops must be labeled with Order number and Sample number.
****FOR EXAMPLE: If your order number is 12345 and you have 5 samples. Your samples need to be labeled 12345.1, 12345.2, 12345.3, 12345.4, 12345.5 - *PLEASE FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ON YOUR SUBMISSION FORM.
2. Spin down tubes using microfuge next to sample refrigerator. Contents of tube must be spun down for sequencing reaction to be loaded correctly.
3. In numerical order, place your labeled 0.5 ml tubes for Sanger Sequencing in the refrigerator in the appropriate rack.
*Samples must be placed in numerical order listed on your request sheet and labeled as directed above in STEP 1.
PLEASE NOTE: There are also racks for BioAnalysis, Mycoplasma testing, Realtime PCR, etc in the refrigerator.
4. Place the paper sample submission sheet in the sample submission box to the side of refrigerator. DO NOT FOLD YOUR SUBMISSION SHEET!
NOTICE: SEQUENCING REQUESTS NOT DROPPED OFF AT OUR FACILITY WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ONLINE SUBMISSION WILL BE DELETED FROM THE SEQUENCING QUEUE. YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT A NEW REQUEST IF WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR SAMPLES WITHIN THOSE 10 DAYS.
