The Default Primer Editor form allows the system manager to create, modify, or
delete system default primers. These primers are to be used with the Sequencing
Request form.
The Base Caller allows the system manager to select ATCG buttons to streamline
entering the primers sequence.
When viewing the primer table, the Primer Name field of these libraries are hyperlinked.
Selecting one of these Primer Names will load that Primer Name and its sequence
into the Default Primer Editor form text box fields. This pre-loads the form for
processing.
