Recycle/Delete Sample_Sheet/Samples
Recycle All
When creating a Sample Sheet, the sequencing queue is copied to a temporary file
for Sample Sheet creation processing. If the user interrupts or stops creating
the Sample Sheet (system crash, quit the browser, local pc crash), the temporary
file is not associated with the Sample Sheet creation process anymore and is
considered out-of-pool.
Use the Recycle/Delete Sample_Sheet/Samples hyperlink to recycle the out-of-pool temporary file
and its contents back into the sequencing queue.
1. Select the Recycle/Delete Sample_Sheet/Samples hyperlink.
2. Select the Recycle All radio button then the
Submit button.
This will recycle the out-of-pool temporary file.
Delete All
This functions deletes the contents of the Sequencing Queue.
Recycle Sample Sheet
This function recycles the contents of a Sample Sheet (example: 460) back to the
Sequencing Queue.
Delete Sample Sheet
This function deletes the Sample Sheet.
Delete Run Folder
This form allows the system administrator to delete a Run Folder from within
the TO-UNIX directory. It also can delete everything within the TO-UNIX directory.
You would delete typically delete Run Folders after they were extracted and the
resulting Run Folder was processed into the UNIX computer.
The contents of the TO-UNIX folder would also be deleted for clean up purposes.
